one of the worst feelings is having to badly shit but having to run production meeting in 10 minutes. I would never make it comfortably in 10, so I'll have to wait until about 9:30. This happens almost every Tuesday, because I run another meeting at 8:00. No in-between time after the coffee activates my bowels.
Having a meeting at 8am sounds like it'd be enough to be shitty.

(Of course, I'm used to meetings at 6am... have no room to talk.)

Also, those Zephyr hats kind of suck. I usually get shit from www.lids.com or www.newera.com , though I've been off the hat thing for awhile. The New Era fitted ones are pretty much the same as they've been in the past. There's tons of stuff on Lids though. I generally like the stretch fit ones myself. Reebok hats suck, avoid them, sizes are off for me at least.
