aside from missed defensive/rebounding assignments, the main thing i want to see change in the 2nd half is the pace. yes, we need to grind it out at our pace. but if you watch, we're not getting into our sets until about 12 seconds left on the shot clock.

we're slowly walking it up, standing around doing nothing, and then the first pass is made with about 10-12 seconds left. no good. we need to be more aggressive and take it at them. we don't need to change our style at all or become the suns. but we need to have a more aggressive approach and not let them sit back and defend us so easily.

Anyone know billups +/- for this series? I know he's injured, but he's sucked in every close pistons series i can remember since the spurs series in 05. He'll play well 1 out of every 3 games and then get dominated by the daniel gibsons and rondos of the league. he was awful against the nets and pacers in 04.
