I feel terribly depressed that I started working at Inkster and Plymouth. There are no Indian restaurants around here. Without vindalu, dum aloo, papadam, dahl...I wither up and die.

However, there's a really good Thai place a few miles away. I may have to hit that today.

I seem to be eating vegetarian lately. So for the past week it's been veggie delights from Subway.

BBQ chips and french onion dip, at the rate I'm going. I want to have a real lunch, but I suspect I'll have to wait 'till dinnertime for that.

My lunch turned out to be pretty damn good. I cooked it last night. My wife is in school these days so I'm turning into the big chef around the house, and it turns out I'm really getting into it.

I made my own brown sauce by sautéeing onions and ginger, and adding some white wine, soy sauce, chili powder, and Chinese 5-spice powder. I tossed in the tofu with some cilantro last and then poured it all over the broccoli and rice. If I can eat like this all the time, I'm never going back to eating meat.

For tomorrow: bulgur wheat salad with chickpeas, sundried tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

Trying out some of the new "Collisions" Doritos (two flavors of chips in the same bag).

Currently enjoying Zesty Taco/Chipotle Ranch quite a bit.
