I had boneless thighs and they were good. Liquid smoke, salt and pepper is all you need. They take about 10 mins on a hot grill.

oh. thighs are bad for ya cuz of the extra fat content, but hell, better than most things still.

But if you aren't eating carbs, you need to get cals from somewhere so I up my fat intake. I should do more healthy fats like avacados or someone told me to take fish oil pills or some shit like that, but I'm just not trimming the fat on pork and chicken.

Also, I actually take the chicken skin and ribbon it on a skewer and just salt and pepper them. So good and crunchy. Its a delicacy and you shouldn't do it often. It takes few times to learn how to cook those correctly but so frickin good.

If you're really feeling that I hope you find ways to get through those feeling. Those last two sentences summed up so much of my last few years in Spain. They led me to do so many things that I put myself in the position where I had to sell off what I could of my company and find a way to get a fresh start on life. Even after all that it still took me a long time to get out of that hole and I still have to work every day on it.

If you're really feeling that I send you my best wishes. You don't drink which is very helpful. Exercise can help as well. I know you post a lot about your insomnia but sleep is also a huge part of that as well.
