Frozen salmon or lean cuisine in the freezer.

When you're choosing between Wendy's, Arby's and Mcdonalds, the choice should almost always be Wendy's, unless you've hit it too hard lately. If you're Wendy's'd out, it defaults to Arby's due to the Curly fries. Mcdonald's is not an option unless desperate.

Chinese places are impossible for us outsiders to make a call on due to the varying quality from location to location. What are your default chinese dishes? Do the egg rolls come stuffed with sprouts or carrots/cabbage?

The salmon and lean cuisine should be saved for the weekdays. It's Sunday man, the day that is afterward. Think big.

Taco Bell is a possibility but it depends how much dew you're feeling.

As an added bonus you get some au jus in the bag if you're careful taking out the steak.

Not a fan of the beer-cooler sous-vide method myself (it's a damned messy hassle and not significantly better than a properly grilled steak IMO), but you can't argue with the results. Thanks, now I'm thinking of eating a steak with Bearnaise sauce, which is basically the best thing.

I have some grilled chicken breasts left over from last night. Thinking about cutting them up into squares, putting some hoisin sauce on them and setting them aside. Frying up some onions, mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Taking a premade pizza crust and getting it kind of crunchy in the oven then putting a layer of cheese on it, then hoisin chicken, then the mushroom stuff and topping with more cheese and baking it till cheese is browned and then eat it while drinking beer.
