Turns out not white trash at all. The place is owned and run but an older guy from Macedonia (the eastern European one). He cooked up everything fresh, so the guy before me and I had to wait. You had the Macedonian, the African American from Detroit, well traveled around the US and bilingual in Spanish now living in the burbs and whatever the hell I am talking about soccer. languages and culture, women and lotteries and food from all over the world. The place was clean but with a dive-type feel to it. For a brief moment I felt that I was no longer in these damned suburbs.

Thinking of putting some chicken breasts, rice, chicken stock, cauliflower, mushrooms in and then turning it on. And add a can of cream of chicken too. One of my favorite dinners in a clay baker. I think it was Fool referred to it as Chicken, with chicken and chicken or something. But its good. Apparently the cooker shuts off when it 'thinks' the food is done. Yes, it really thinks. Has a mind of its own.
