Let him ride it out and then let him walk/fire him. Pick your new coach (Woodson?) and make a splash on Draft Day, buying picks and doing deals sending cash everywhere...

And hope that equals a young, hungry team with a defensive minded coach and will give them some freedom offensively if they D up like we used to do back in the good ol' days...
