    Amnesty Loopholes?

I'm wondering if there is any way to use our amnesty provision to assist other teams in exchange for a young prospect or draft picks.

For instance, we could target teams that already used their amnesty and take on a bad contract from them with some sweetener.
Teams that waived players in this manner are: NYK with CHauncey Billups, NJN with Travis Outlaw, Indiana with James Posey, Portland with Brandon Roy, Orlando with Gilbert Arenas, Cleveland with Baron Davis, Warriors with Charlie Bell.

Or, we could take a player on from a team who they plan to re-sign at a lower amount. If the PIstons were to waive a player, that person could not return to *Detroit* for a year. They could, however, return to the team that traded them.
If, say, Philadelphia were to do this little trick with Elton Brand next year they could clear some 18 million from their cap and only have 37 million on the books.

Are there any ways you can think ofthat we could abuse the amnesty provision in the event that Joe doesn't waive CV or BG?
