Reelz network is looking for film critics for a new show.

The Reelz Channel is in search of 12 different opinionated movie lovers from around the nation and the UK who are funny, volatile, crazy, wild, explosive, weird, inventive, and have great personality and presence for their groundbreaking pilot 'Couch Critics.'

This is the show for those that love movies!!! We are casting from the comfort of your own home!

Please note, you MUST own your own webcam in order to participate, and TIME is of the essence! We need you to post an audition video of yourself by Wednesday June 20th, 8am, no later!

Your 5 minute audition video should be a review of any movie you've seen in the last few months, and should include a comment of what YOU think of Toby McGuire as an actor. You will then log on to either Youtube, Myspace, Facebook, or any of the like to upload your submission.

Email us the link to the video your name and all of your contact information to popularproductions@gmail.com and voila! You have just submitted yourself for our show. Alternately, if you know how to compress the video and send it to us in an email, you may do this instead.

Expect to hear from us by Friday June 22nd if you have been selected for the pilot, and be prepared to hit the movies next weekend--June 22-24. Your ticket, the theatre and time of your choice, will be on us! You will either be sent to Evan Almighty, Die Hard, Sicko, or 1408. This is a non-paid pilot, but...it has the potential to go to series and become a weekly paid gig that you can do from the comfort of your home and become the expert you've always know yourself to be.

This casting call is open to the entire country and…world! So if you are fun, amazingly cool or wildly nerdy, charismatic, opinionated, and LOVE movies, doesn't matter who you are or where your from we want YOUR reviews!

Submit your 4-5 minute movie review to a video sharing site of your choice, rag on tobey macguire for a few seconds (doesn't matter if he's not in the movie you're reviewing);
Send the link along with your contact info to popularproductions@gmail.com
We're on a time crunch, so the sooner you get it in, the better your chances.

Seriously, this is possibly the easiest and coolest job in the world. Please tell me at least a few of you are making tape submissions...

I honestly don't watch many movies when they come out. There are about a half dozen movies I look forward to each year and then another handful I go to spend a gift certificate or something. We usually wait until they are on video rather than pay the 20 bucks and be let down.
