Pistons/Miami
How about Sheed and Tay for Marion, Haslem and 1st rd pick?
Sheed's and Marion's deals are both expiring.
We'd need to make another move for a center, but we'd certainly get tougher and the rebounding would be vastly improved.
There's a little too much duplication between Haslem and Max, so maybe a third team is involved to move one of them (or it could be a seperate deal).

Udonis is a strange name for a Mexican.
I miss WOD.
STEW BEEF!

^I think that was Herm's schtick, actually.
I could be wrong.

Owns.
Quite possibly my favorite WOD quote of all time. Except I think he used the word "stupid" instead of "strange."

By the way, Glenn, I like this trade. Haslem is no where near as good as Sheed, but we get the slasher that the Pistons have been lacking. The Pistons would still have to swing a deal for a better big man.

CLEVELAND'S FINEST
If they found a deal for a center, I'd be ok with this trade. Do we move Tay for a C then start Marion at SF? Do we play Marion as an undersized PF and try to come up with a package for a C? He definitely would help our rebounding issues.

Tay would be in Miami, Zek.
I think if you bring in Marion and Haslem you can move Max or Haslem and something else for a center.
What that "something else" actually is depends on what caliber of center you'd like to get.

CLEVELAND'S FINEST
Shoot, completely forgot that while I was looking through the posts. Wow. You've got to get something worthwhile, he's got to replace Sheed at least somewhat. I still wouldn't mind seeing us go after Haywood, I know he had a strong start to last season but I'm not sure how it finished. I don't know how much it would take to get him now either. If he had a good year, his value probably went way up as opposed to last summer when we were talking about getting him for cheap. I don't know who else would be available at this point. The preference would be someone who's willing to bang down low.

Maybe we then do Chauncey to Denver for Camby and a pick?
Stuckey
Rip
Marion
Dice or Haslem
Camby
