Official "march to the Central Division title" thread (CURRENTLY: IN FIRST PLACE)

    Central
    W L
    Detroit 1 0
    Chicago 1 0
    Milwaukee 0 0
    Indiana 0 1
    Cleveland 0 2
There's no reason to list Chicago in front of Detroit (other than that silly alphabet!)

    Anybody know magic number?

How is the season three days in already and Milwaukee still hasn't played? Although, I suppose if I were on the team, I wouldn't want to play either.

    LMAO - poor Andrew Bogut.
    Rise like Lions after slumber,
    In unvanquishable number -
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you -
Ye are many - they are few.

Higher than that, if you're counting "Pistons wins + other teams losses".

We could win 40 games and Chicago could lose 41 games and we both might miss the playoffs. Of course, this is the East so we might be 3rd seed with a .500 record...

True. But that magic number would switch once another team overtook second place. And once the Pistons were out of first place (like that's going to happen) they no longer have "Magic Number Status."

This magic number is a tricky business.

Let's keep it simple: 81 wins to a lock for the Central.
