Who are the 2010-11 superstar FAs?

Everyone is clearing cap space like next offseason is going to make or break their franchise. Who is actually out there for them?

    LeBron James
    Dwyane Wade
    Kobe Bryant?
    Chris Bosh
    Amare Stoudamire

I must be missing something, because those are the only 5 stud potential FAs that come to mind. Keep in mind that James, Wade, and Bosh all have a player option so there's an infinitely small chance they aren't FAs next year.

There are some second tier guys out there as well. Joe Johnson hasn't really been a franchise player for the Hawks. Carlos Boozer may have too many injury issues to be included in that first tier.

Did Chris Paul ever sign an extension? Brandon Roy and LaMarcus Aldridge?

The only person on that list that will get a serious payday is Johnson. Boozer may get one if he proves he can stay healthy this season and puts up a great year.

Some of those guys will end up getting overpaid simply because teams are clearing a ton of cap room and not everyone can sign the stars. A guy like Shaq or T-Mac will end up with a solid contract just because he's Shaq/T-Mac and some team will be desperate after missing out on other players. Not saying Shaq is DONE, but he's not the monster he used to be. I'd still take him over our current options at C.

If JO can prove he's healthy, someone will take a look at him.
