I was thinking that with Tayshaun on the court, we could get away with playing Marion at SG. We'd have two bigger wings, like the Nets, and we'd certainly have enough depth at SG if Marion wasn't a good matchup.

Tay would be good at the 2... he's a little to light in the pants for several SF's... at SG he could post up all day long.

I'm a huge Tayshaun fan, but I'd rather he be shipped out than Rip, at least when getting Marion in exchange. Tay would get torched by the quicker SGs, as he already gets torched by the quicker SFs.

All that said, I'd have a hard time taking Marion's money on, especially when he doesn't already think its fair compensation.
