The point wasn't to debate the top 5. It was to prove a point about GWB.

I acutally read something about a panel of political experts and JFK was ranked near the bottom half of the top 10 (maybe 8th i think). They had Lincoln, FDR, Washington, Jefferson and Teddy as their top 5 i think.
