Wish I would have known this was here last night.
_
Tried the bed, tried the couch, tried the floor...hell, I even tried sleeping out on the patio. Nothing is working anymore.
Insomenia is the LEAST talked about, or its talked about as not a big deal, condition in the entire world. I'm serious. It fucking sucks.
When I'm going through heavy stress times, I can sleep for about 3 hours and I might as well get up and work, cuz I ain't gonna sleep.
Then about mid day when everyone is cruising, I'm fucking hurtin.
Players meeting my ASS!
Doesn't help that my fucking cat keeps crawling on top of me and sleeping.
And am I the only person who has to be on their side in order to sleep? If I'm laying flat on my back, I just can't do it. I have to roll over.

^^ I have my moments where it's impossible to sleep on mah back.
I'm with you. I don't think I've ever slept on my back. Don't even understand the concept. It just doesn't feel right.Originally Posted by Sir Douche Baggins
Agree, but I don't need stress for this to happen to me. Sometimes (like earlier this week) I'll just go a couple of nights in a row that I wake up at about 1:30am and feel like I could run a marathon. A couple hours later I'll be able to go back to bed, but the next day is always a fog.Originally Posted by Tahoe
And I also need to sleep on my side, but my knees can't be touching.
Sounds like a thread for me. I have not one, but two types of insomnia. Regular sleepless insomnia, and slow-sleep insomnia. Honestly the slow-sleep is the worst. For those who don't know, instead of cycling through the stages of sleep every while it can take hours to cycle through each stage of sleep... so while you may be unconscious for eight hours you might only reach stage two of sleep and therefore never reach a deep sleep. At least when I just don't fall asleep I'm aware of it, but slow-sleep is by far worse the next day.
Also I cannot sleep on my back either.
