Find a hot chick that you like to hump constantly. Those extra calories you burn by screwing three or four times a day add up, and you will also be inspired to get in better shape to fend off all the tools that try to talk to her.
Either you want to get in shape to kick their asses, or you want to get in shape so that when you take your clothes off she doesn't barf.
Incidentally, while humping the hot chick, don't let her get on top; that means SHE'S working, and you're not burning the calories. Nope, you do the humping.
Doggie style is best, because you really work your legs. Add your arms in by spanking her. This can help eliminate flab on your triceps.
As for eating, change from drooping chocolate syrup all over her to strawberries, blueberries, and raisins. Less calories, and those things contain more anti oxidants. So, not only are you eating, but you are eating healthy.
A girlfriend on the side helps, because you'll be able to hump someone while your hot chick is on her "time of the month", plus all the extra things, like worrying about getting caught, and trying to balance TWO psychotic bitches will stress you out, making you eat less overall.

This is the funniest freaking thread I've seen on WTF. Somebody above said they wouldn't have thought Moodini would have looked like that. Trust me, neither did I.

Moodini has been my boy since 4th grade and we grew up as ballers our whole lives. Always rocking the shaved head baller look. The kid strolls down into my basement a few weeks back to shoot some pool and unleashes the full beard w/ sun-in dyed hair. I thought he was a different person.

I'm growing old of everybody claiming Heath Ledger deserves an Academy Award for his role of the joker. For one, the outcry is only because he's dead, if he was alive, there wouldn't be nearly this much support. Second, although I thought he played the role well, I don't think it would've mattered who was the Joker, because, prior to this movie, the "Joker" doesn't have a specific demeanor that would suggest only Heath Ledger could've pulled it off. If Jim Carey was the Joker, everybody would've thought he did a great job too. SInce most people don't know what the role of "The Joker" is supposed to be, it makes Heath's performance less significant, IMO.

Great movie. Overhyped. Heath doesn't deserve an Academy Award.

If Dupree is out, that means rookie Sammy Mejia is in. He would spend most of the year in the D-League with Cheikh Samb -- which is nice because they both speak Spanish, giving Cheikh somebody to talk to. Sammy could make an extra buck or two serving as his translator. When I was watching them play in the summer league in Vegas, Cheikh wouldn't let me interview him unless Sammy was there to translate. Sammy has a great sense of humor, by the way. He's always smiling, singing or dancing in the locker room before and after games. The guys seem to like him. He says everybody calls him Sam or Sammy, except one person. Guess who. Rasheed calls him Stanley. Who knows why?
