Since this all but guarantees the end for C-Mo, I figured we could get back into this.
I'll miss Monroe the person, not monroe the hitter.
See ya, C-Mo. Good luck in your future endeavors.

I wouldn't mind the low batting average if he at least worked the count and battled for a while. At least drive the pitch count up before you strike out. Instead he's out on 3-4 pitches all the time. His problem is he doesn't adjust his swing at all, no matter the count. Look at Raburn. They'll pitch him outside with 2 strikes and he'll reaach out and slap it the other way like Maggs. C Mo and Inge try to pull it and can't reach it.
Phil Wenneck: The man purse. You actually gonna wear that or are you just fuckin' with me?
Alan Garner: It's where I keep all my things. Get a lot of compliments on this. Plus it's not a purse, it's called a satchel. Indiana Jones wears one.
I feel bad for Craig Monroe. It was really all Gary Sheffield's fault that screwed him up. They had a nice system where Thames and Monroe both got a good share of playing time. Then Sheffield came in and took DH, and Monroe completely bombed under the pressure.
Though Sheffield this year is still doing better than Monroe last year. So everything worked out.
Craig's a good human being, but the Tigers need a talent upgrade.

STEW BEEF!
Funny how Sheffield is only for black equality when he's the one that's being mistreated. That being said I'm still not losing sleep over Monroe being gone.

I remember back in June this year, in a game Vs. the Brewers, Craig Monroe went 0-5, with 5 K's...
Ben Sheets had his way with poor Craig.
Farewell Craig K. Monroe. And the K stands for Keystone, not Strikeout.
I also remember back in 2003 when he was arrested when he tried walking out of a store, stealing a $29.99 belt.
Also he's Nate Vashers cousin (Chicago Bears DB).
I will not miss CM throwing his helmet and bat every time he hit a fly ball for an out. The guy acted like he was a .400 hitter when he never really worked the count.
