Things kick off Monday night with Bondo vs Doug Davis @ 8:05. Doug Davis is coming off two very good years with the Brewers but has been very hittable this year so hopefully we can get something going. A few Mark Prior BP fastballs would be nice. I think this might be the first time the Tigers have been to Miller Park too.

Did anyone catch that Prince Fielder home run? Wow...he didn't even take a full swing. Looks like he has his father's power swing. Hopefully he doesn't have his gambling problem or his lack of restraint when it comes to hitting the ladies.
The play of the game came from Leyland - walking the eighth hitter to get to the pitcher, daring the Milwaukee manager to take out his starter was pure brilliance. It ended up winning the game for the Tigers.

Miner hasn't looked great so far, but he's worked his way out of jams pretty well. He just blooped a double over the drawn in outfield and scored....3-0 Tigers.
