Find a new slant.
Can we maybe let Verlander hit, and have Inge be DHed for?

Verlander threw as many pitches as Mussina did in the 1st inning. At this rate, he won't even make it to the 5th inning.
I woke up late (around 8:25) and turned on the game, extremely happy to see we're up 6-3.

I'm sorry, but I will always love a good old Rodney "let them get to third and then strike out the third out" inning.
STEW BEEF!
I was gonna say "I know it sounds cliche to say, but is this the Tigers' best effort of the season?" but now Jones is worrying me.
Nevermind, Tigers win. Best effort of the season!
I was in and out hooked on XBOX right now, but came back for some interviews on the Yankee broadcast. It is hilarious. It's like its a friggin funeral or someone just died. The interviewers are talking quiet and slow and Mussina looked like he was about to cry. LOL@thebigbronxbombers.
Players meeting my ASS!
Pretty dramatic for the 1st of a 4 game mid season series.Originally Posted by Tahoe
