FYI -

I had the pleasure of traveling this week and when my plane was scheduled to depart on Monday, the jetway was frozen to the airplane, causing an hour delay. I'm not sure how it takes an hour to unfreeze the jetway, my guess is peeing on it would have taken two minutes to unfreeze it.
