A bulk goods store like Sam's club. So if you are craving 8,000 slim jims, 300 gallons of milk or stuff like that you hit those places but you need a membership or a person who is a member to shop there.

I believe they are available at Best Buy. I think EB and Gamestop might also have them, too.

BP, I went to FKrosters.com and I can't find where to go to download them. I saw one link that took me to ebay. Do I have to pay for them off of ebay?

Nah, you don't have to go to eBay for them.
You have to sign up for his forums and they are posted in there, but the rosters aren't done yet. He usually has them by the time of release, but he got the game later than he thought and he said that it's been taking him a bit longer because of the navigation of the menu's.
I would expect him to be finished with them by the end of the week.
