Jerry I've seen multiple game tapes of, going back to his prime. Jerry was a PG for all of a few seasons with LA. The rest of his career, he was a SG.
Think TMac without as much hops, although Jerry could elevate pretty damn well for his era. He'd bring the ball up the floor, give it up to the lead guard, get the ball back a few seconds later and just rise over the guy guarding him for the jumper, on a dime. Jerry was a SG in every sense of the word.
West and Oscar seemed like they were PGs roughly half the time, from what I've seen of their play which is scattered. West wasn't the playmaker Oscar is, but played with some of the best-passing bigs and was top 10 in total assists for the full seasons he played in. Longer-term, I don't see AI going back to SG, and with a couple more seasons, he'll be at about half and half too.
