    Marmol is fixed. That was some straight heat last night and he had that look about him that he had at the beginning of the season.

    Last night's game was the best baseball game I've seen all year. It really felt like a playoff game. Even if the Cubs had lost it was still a great game, but even better that they won and said 'Fuck you and your Sabathia'.

    Alfonso Soriano is back, and damn does he need to stay healthy, we are just so much more potent with him in the lineup. It's really hard to pitch to Soriano, Soto, Lee, Ramirez, Edmonds, and one wildcard hitter we seem to have most games.

    Ok, if I were the size of an offensive lineman with limited (at best) athletic ability and a predisposition to dress like Elvis - that right there would be in the top 5 greatest things I could do in my lifetime. Slip and slide at Wrigley during a near-tornado.
    Seriously, no one can ever take that away from him. Well worth any punishment he may receive.

    The Tony Larussa vs. Jim Edmonds beef will help light up the Cubs/Cards rivalry a lil' further. Especially after he yoked a couple Dingers on the cards yesterday.



    Not too late to hop on the Cubs bandwagon if the tigers are killing you guys. :P
