After the Milwaukee win Rasheed gave an interview to PBS. They asked him on what it was like being viewed as bad guy in the league for so many years and what direction he thought the league was headed in. Like usual he gave his honest answer...

The league tries real hard to make black cats into white dudes. Suit-wearing ass cats constantly tell us what to say, wear and how to act. Basically, they don't want us to think for ourselves at all and they definitely don't want us to be true to the world. They want us to be their puppets.

Then he was asked what it's like to finally be loved here in Detroit.

I don't give a shit if anyone likes me or not. I'm going to get paid either way.

Then they asked him about the dress code.

That's what I was talking about when I said they trying to turn us black guys into white guys. They wanna make us into old white guys. I wear whatever the hell I want though, and they ain't said shit to me about it. Right now they talking about banning leg-warmers, that's how stupid they is. They think cats wearing tights to be fashionable, and they can't stand to see a ni*** with style anymore.

I think they try to ban headbands next. Imma tattoo the word slave on my forehead like Prince though. Then Stern be kissin' my ass to wear a headband and cover that shit up. I might even tat fuck stern, stern killer, april fools day or something like that on my arms just to watch him break down and ask me to wear some of those damn tights.

No word yet on if Sheed will actually go through with the tattoos.

I knew it was a joke. You fell victim to one of the classic blunders. I thought a good joke to try was to say Rasheed got arrested last night after the game when,while he was pulled over for speeding,the cops found marajuana and a loaded gun in his car.
