They did a bunch of versions of that song, including ones with Reznor on vocals (1000 HDJs). This one is credited as Ministry and runs about 30-45 seconds longer than the 1000 HDJs album version.

Not sure who to trust.

Interesting background on that song ...

Supernaut [6:43]
Hey Asshole [8:10]
Personnel: Recorded and mixed at Chicago Trax. Produced by Luxa/Pan, engineered by Critter and Frisky.
Additional info: The vocals on "Supernaut" were originally Trent Reznor's, but could not be used due to contractual obligations with TVT Records. Al took the vocals and slightly distorted them and told TVT that it was his vocals, which they weren't. The ploy worked, and it was released. Al has never sang the track, except live and also as an exclusive mix on Ministry's GREATEST FITS album. Most compilations and bootlegs were released in later years with the original Trent vocal version, but the differences are quite small.
Confusing wording, he has never sang the track, only he has.

Gotta admit, really liked those two Elliott Smith albums I listened to.
Man. Need my balls back. Think I'm going to hit up Headbangers Ball later tonight.

Sounds good as is, but add some Gin Blossoms, Spin Doctors and maybe some Toad the Wet Sprocket and it'd really be great.
Just saw a commersh this morning on the tube for 'alternative rock legends The Gin Blossoms' at Soaring Eagle
