But, to address the question above, they did not fix my box--they sent me a whole different Xbox, cracked faceplate and all. I'm pretty sure it was "brand new." I was pretty pissed off, but decided I didn't care and would buy a new faceplate when the time came. Still haven't gotten one, and am still a bit pissed.

On another note I grabbed NBA 2k8 and I'll say its improving. Its much more playable now. Though the post mechanics are still a lil iffy along the inconsistent facial structures. Some look amazing, others look weird. They made tayshaun look ridiculously close to him raggedy beard and all.

I sent mine in a year ago, and it's been running flawlessly since. So, IMO, they fix it completely.

As for what I'm playing these days, I currently own Bioshock and COD4. Bioshock is one of the best games I've ever played, and I can't even get it in my 360 because COD4 is that good! The online play is sheer perfection, and the single player is a different experience, and a different way to play the game and it's flawless as well.

I seen it in action in Iraq and it was like the Hand of God. If I get a commission, I'm going for Fire Control Officer. If I'm stuck enlisted, I'm retraining into Aerial Gunner.
