Memphis kinda chocked in the 4th quarter against SA. They had the game under control for 3 quarters and Gasol was dominating everybody but they just couldn't close it out.
The refs were absolutely horrible today. Even though the Spurs had foul trouble, I thought that the Grizz got the worst of the officiating. Everytime they go on a run, they would get called for a foul. And they picked up 2 untimely tech's that they didn't deserve.
Also I am kinda suprised at how many cheap shots the Spurs take and not get called for. I don't mind the moving picks and other stuff because everyone does it but Horry in particular has a tendency to push people off ever so slightly. And Bowen is Bowen.
The Spurs started trapping Gasol on the baseline (just like they do to Tay) and Gasol might as well have been on the bench.
Meanwhile, its 4 minutes into the Laker/Heat game and Kobe has already jacked up about 4 shots with his defender all over him.

Onto the Lakers - Heat game:
Kobe and Shaq went out of their way to greet and talk to each other.
It's suprising how many of the coaches and players can't figure out how to handle the Spurs traps along the baseline.Originally Posted by Fool
As for the game at hand, Kobe had a couple nice moves (the offensive foul should have been an and1) but he needs to give up the ball early to Brown, Odom and Mihm.
Wow, they just showed a stat that Shaq's current pts/game, FG%, FT%, and Rebs/game are all career lows.
20 mil for the next 4 season for the guy to waste away.
