Should The Lions pick up Jason Avant in the 3rd?

If you're looking for hands, I'm with kdawg. Mike Hass catches damn near everything for the Beavs (mostly because he's their only offensive weapon). He's projected to be a borderline first rounder, but so was Swancutt and the Lions snapped him up in the 6th round. Best of all, Swancutt still has a roster spot. However, the loss of that 4th round pick is discouraging because that's one fewer O-lineman/CB that could be a Lion.
