I always take note of people that quit and make sure not to play in leagues with them again.

quitters do suck. I was no higher than 5th place in any regular season in football (3 leagues), and I went to the finals in all 3 leagues (and won 1 league). My teams were built for the playoffs. It's never over until you are eliminated.
