Drummond made his comments Tuesday in downtown Detroit at an event to mark the unveiling of the franchise’s new logo.

“I don’t think we need to do any changes,” Drummond told reporters. “We had a lot of bumps in the road last season with different things going on, and it took everybody out of sync.”

Drummond is coming off a disappointing season, but he thinks the team can do a better job of building chemistry in the off-season.

“With this summer coming up, we have to do a better job staying connected — the more stuff we do together, the better our camaraderie will be,” Drummond said.
