Is my 'Caldwell should hire Peyton Manning as Lions OC when he retires in a few weeks' idea original or has it been stated?
    Find a new slant.

No, I've not heard it; I like it.

LOL...yeah, I'm sure Peyton will be looking to go to Detroit when he retires. Be an assistant coach in Detroit. I bet him and the wife are dreaming about that for retirement.

    I kid.

Guy I work with is a huge Peyton fan and says that he thinks Peyton will be looking to be a head coach ASAP after retiring. I'm sure he knows that he'll likely have to be a coordinator, first.

PM played under Caldwell and by the accounts that I have read, likes him (with the exception of one public disagreement).

    Just saying.

Peyton Manning with Ray Lewis as his defensive coordinator. OH MAN! And Brady could coach special teams or something.
