I wouldn't trade anything of value for Rondo right now. I'd do a swap with filler and Jennings, but that isn't even legal for months anyway.

There was certainly interest, but just not at the $12 million/year he reportedly wanted (and wasn't worth).

I want to have a soft spot for Jennings simply because he said "fuck you" to college and went to Europe.

I agree with some of the hype articles written simply in that Smith and Jennings added to Drummond and Monroe make me far more likely to watch Pistons games this season (at least early on) than, say, 30 Rock on Netflix. That's not something I have been able to say for a few years (only replace 30 Rock with Arrested Development, etc).
