Yeah, this was pretty fucking amazing.
They played the entire Those Pretty Wrongs album which was shockingly good. Like I was expecting it to be 'Hey this is ok but I love Big Star' but it was good enough that if that's all they did this would have been one of my favorite shows in ages....Just Jody singing and the other guy on amplified acoustic....
Then they encored with Way out West, For You, Ballad of El Goodo, Blue Moon, ...and like two more...good stuff....
I'm in love With A Girl was another one I think...
Sounds pretty sweet. Jody also seems like a really good person, which is irrelevant but refreshing.

Super true though. This was a tiny room, like 50 people in there....Weird mix of Dad-Guys, Mom-Gals, younger folk and super cool people like me.
He was running the merch table himself, signing everyone's records, etc. Super nice, and seemingly shocked by the attention. (Or maybe just super stoned).
