I have to say I'm really disappointed that I can't get 4 guys from here to join a league. I basically had to beg Glenn to join and now I have to do Mock Drafts on Yahoo and advertise the league that way.

I really thought getting 3 of you + GD would be easy. I actually thought I'd have to many people wanting to join, that's why I got GD first!

After all these years posting together I can't get 3 more guys? Really?

I'd rather get some public players than any if these guys that quit after they draft a shitty team, anyways.

It took GD awhile - but he's a busy man so I understood. I just didn't want to open it to everyone else without the defending champion already on board.

Stupid me thought the remaining 4 spots would be taken on the first day of this thread and poor GD would miss out!

Looks like opening it to the public is how it's gonna be - and that sucks IMO

Pity Cross isn't around - he finished 2nd the last 2 seasons I've participated and he'd be willing to take GD on...

Come on guys - is there no one going to try and dethrone GD?

FYI - there is talk here in Oz of us playing for cash... since 6 of us are here. Prizes would be 1st, 2nd and 3rd...

Not sure yet if you'll get anything GD - I think it's only for the Oz boys but I'll find out.

50 bucks each * 10 of us (if everyone puts in - like I said not sure yet) = possible $500 prize pool

$250 for first
$150 for 2nd
$100 for third

GD - I obviously don't want to part with Rondo, Thompson, Durant, Gasol, Gortat, Ibaka.... everyone else can be had for the right price

Also loving the fact we've only got 13 players per team... there are quite a lot of decent free agents available. If I can do my usual 2 mid range players for 1 gun and 1 bum trades I'll be laughing.

Too soon to tell what my needs will be... I think I've got a well rounded team
