I was talking to my buddy today from Detroit and when I said fire both coordinators, he said Why, we scored 30 something points yesterday. But we don't get those important first downs when we need them like good teams do. We don't go down and get a FG when we need one like good teams do. And obviously, we don't go down and score a TD when we need one to ice the game, like good teams do. We had at least 2 possessions in the 4th quarter yesterday where we could have iced that game and did nothing. Not even sure we got a first down on one of those possessions.
