I didn't read the entire article but its because he runs out of the pocket. Not sayin I even blame him the last couple of years cuz our OLine sucked, imo. But he still runs out of the pocket and throws some sidearm pass or throws it away. That doesn't mean its a good protection.

Have you watched the games this year? He's been sticking in the pocket much longer. Pass pro is probably top ten in the league right now without looking, regarding "pressures" which include those which make the QB evade the pocket, as you describe.
