I decided to stop at Chipotle and pick up a steak salad. No cheese, no dressing, no sour cream, none of that.

re: Tahoe, not a whole lot. I could've pulled something from the freezer but since I'm not going out and getting drunk tonight I wanted to reward myself with something a little more tasty.

Thinking about slathering some Sweet Baby Ray's on some chicken and throwing it on the grill.

The wife has the Red Lobster cheddar biscuit recipe down to a t, so I'm looking to nosh on those, too.

I currently have 5 lbs of barbacoa-flavored beef in the crock pot. I pity anyone that is in anything close to a confined, poorly ventilated area around me for the next week.

Thinking about making some spring rolls. Cukes, carrots, I have some salty pork leftover, shrimp, pan fry some noodles and roll it all up and dip it in some sort of dipping sauce. Not sure if I'm feellin like preparing all of that today.
