WTF are you doing? You started off building us a Championship team. We were competitive every year in spite of a few bumps along the way (losing Okur, the R. White and Darko drafts, Larry Brown, etc.). Then, year after year, we got worse. Now we have become one of the jokes of the league.

Most of the players that you have acquired are players that nobody else wants. You let our assets either leave for nothing or you gave them away(Sheed, Afflalo, Billups, expirings, etc.). The coaching situation has been a nightmare and now players are actually staging protests. The team has no apparent direction and the fans have lost interest. The seats at the Palace are emptier every game. This is your mess Joe. These are your players, your coaches, and your plan. To make things worse, you stand pat at one of the busiest trade deadlines ever. It's time Joe.

Joe, you are now officially worthless. Fall on your sword and walk away. All you do is make excuses and empty promises and we don't want to put up with it anymore. We need a leader and you are no longer it. You have undone all of the good work that you started and continue to go the wrong way. You were given every opportunity to succeed only to have the team collapse under an avalanche of mistakes. We have lost faith in you and apparently so has your team. We would like you to gather up your dignity, admit your mistakes, and resign. That's it, you're done, game over.

Gotta love the little Joe D. mini-interviews during the Sixers game where he tries to defend his doing nothing at the trade deadline as his comments about "learning from past mistakes." Apparently Joe hasn't learned shit.
