Except for drafting Jerebko (and MAYBE Daye), bringing back Big Ben and firing Curry, I would love to un-do Joe's entire summer of 2009.

    Traded Amir for Oberto.
    Traded Budinger.
Wasted cap space by overpaying Gordon & CV31.
    Hired Kuester.
    Gave away Afflalo.
    Signed Wilcox.

    Bad times, man.
    Find a new slant.

i would not give up an expiring contract (Tay) right now for Kaman, they have to take back one of our bad contracts then maybe

For the record I would not trade for kaman without including at least Maxiell.
And I intended to go down the list and include every move he ever made...then all moves that directly impacted our current roster. But the point was that he can fix His mistakes and we have never seen him at full force with a wealthy non cheap owner.
We are honestly two moves away from getting back to the point where the mle determines our fate.

Not to totally profile but I fear that Kaman's the standard injury prone center that will bounce around 3 more years before retiring. Whether or not they admit it, they've gotta be treating his contract just like we're treating Rip's at this point.

Take Kaman out of the equation: Move Rip to NJ in that 3 team deal and then let McGrady, Murphy, Wilcox and Tay walk for nothing...

Surely we'd have close to $18 million in cap space again....

And then maybe we could sign a fucking big man and a PG to run this team?

Free Agent C or Greg Monroe
Greg Monroe or Free Agent PF
    Jonas Jerebko
    Rodney Stuckey (or Ben Gordon)
    Free Agent PG

    Ben Gordon (or Rodney Stuckey)
    Charlie Villanueva
    Ben Wallace
    Austin Daye
    Will Bynum
    Jason Maxiell
    2011 First Round Pick
    Terrico White
    Johan Petro
    plus 2011 Second Round Pick(s)

I guess I might have to take a look at who is available this coming off-season...

Which in sleep had fallen on you -

I have to disagree with you on your line up. I don't see this team being much more than a low seed playoff team when you have $25 million sitting on the bench among three players (Max, BG, CV). Add to that Bynum and Petro and you have more than half your cap on the bench and maybe two of them will see any substantial playing time. Not really a good blueprint for a winner.
