I don't really do carbs or calories, I just speak calories because it's handy shorthand talking to other people about food. My thing is just booze is the only liquid worth getting fat over and sticking to reasonable portions of real food.

FYI, the natural PBJ sandwiches, with NSA (no sugar added) PB and just fruit J and all whole grain bread are just about the best thing in the world that's allowed in a healthy diet. SFG.
