    I was hurtin today but rode the bike and sweating like crazy. I didn't even think I had the energy but feel so much better now.

    This. That's why I hardly have any food at my place besides, usually:

    yogurt
    carrots
    pickles
    cold meat
    frozen chicken filets
    lean cuisine (no preservatives)
    milk
    eggs
    OJ
    cereal
    almonds
    bread
    90/10 lean ground beef
    and an assortment of condiments (French's honey mustard FTW)

    ... that's literally all I can think of, unless there's an off chance I'm actually cooking something for me and someone else.

    Just did a half hour on the stationary bike. I might do two-a-days for a lil bit so I can get back to carbs. But first I have to drop a few pounds. Although, Super Bowl Sunday is 'eatwhatiwant' day.

    Nice. I've been doing two to three 2-a-days a week with lifting being the other exercise. I'd like to think it's working.
