Eating a lot of cookies today. Being home from work has it's downside.

yogurt
carrots
pickles
cold meat
frozen chicken filets
lean cuisine (no preservatives)
milk
eggs
OJ
cereal
almonds
bread
90/10 lean ground beef
and an assortment of condiments (French's honey mustard FTW)
... that's literally all I can think of, unless there's an off chance I'm actually cooking something for me and someone else.
A snow day is a great excuse to roast a chicken and throw together a pot of potato soup to go with it.
Ran 3.5 miles yesterday in 25:40, almost died. No way I top that today.
Just did a half hour on the stationary bike. I might do two-a-days for a lil bit so I can get back to carbs. But first I have to drop a few pounds. Although, Super Bowl Sunday is 'eatwhatiwant' day.
