Being dadguy, I take about 800mg a day for various head or body aches.

Any harm there? Kidney failure?

Last time I had bloodwork, all functions were fine (about a year ago).

Yeah, the warnings say not to take that for over two weeks straight. You might be fucked. I don't really know...

after quick wiki research (using only reliably sourced sections and info), you may have the following side effects:

+ decrease in risk of Parkinson's

- increased cardiovascular risk for high doses (not sure what might be classified as high doses regularly, I imagine you might want to cool it a bit)
- increased risk of hearing loss

aside from any common side effects which you don't appear to be experiencing.
