The fasting wasn't too hard today. I'm able to have coffee and green tea. I go until 3:30, then have some steamed vegetables, until a protein shake at 5. Lift, come home, and eat whatever (tonight spicy, tomorrow chicken wings)

Just got done playing basketball again. This time it was extremely fun. It's amazing what eating 700 more calories beforehand would do for you, I guess, because that's what I did today and I think I only missed twice, 7-9 or something. No turnovers either.

I ran today(treadmill) instead of cycling. Ran at 5.0 for 25mins. walked with incline for 10 mins to cool down. Felt good. the bike is hurtin my back somehow. Fuckin piece of shit bike.

i hate stationary biking with a passion. I can't do it more than 30 seconds without being incredibly bored.
That is the hardest part to overcome, no doubt. Ipod.

When I'm on the elliptical, I play games on my phone.
When I'm on a bike, I read magazines I bring in.
I don't like treadmills, never have.
I much prefer a track. Something about not having to focus so hard on keeping balance, probably, that allows me to get lost in my music/thoughts/whatever.
I wish I you could lengthen the gate on the ellipticals. It just seems so short to me. I don't use them.
