Ran 5k, Biked 20k
Started doing this thing where I'm done eating for the day at/before 8 pm every day. Have lost about 7 lbs in 3 weeks, but it's not easy when staying up late working and munchies are everywhere.
Find a new slant.
word. I have been eating a full bowl of frozen fruit after dinner and am typically not hungry the rest of the night. Down to my lowest weight since high school at 166... plus it's "healthy" i guess
I'm back to running 3 miles a day 4-5 times a week.
I hear ya on the late night snacking. That is one of my vices. I have been drinking a lot of vitamin water zero orange lately.
Having found a track which is bouncier rubber and not ashphalt, I've been doing a couple miles a day most days (along with 30 min of elliptical or biking + some weight lifting/core work). I'm still worried about being too hard on my knees.
I did some swimming events and have confirmed that I suck at speed swimming.
I lied. I ran a couple miles today. 4 days in a row. I'm going to take a break tomorrow and cut the grass.
Ran a dangerous trail. Never again. Fuck that shit.
Marriage and dad life have ballooned me back to about 190. Need to lose about 20 again, knees are trash
