    I have check the host machine out and improved resources for performance, so far this morning the sites I'm testing are responding just fine. If you have additional problems let us know as quickly as you can so we can try and duplicate the issue. Make sure you tell us if you are able to access the site and it is slow or not at all. A trace route is also nice to have if you are able to send in the results of that as well.

    Okay, how do I send these fucks the trace route they are asking for?

    Is it as simple as just running it from DNStools or a similar site and copy/pasting/sending the results?
