    Offense out of post ups

A friend of a friend of a cousin in Topeka once told me, an effective NBA offense is run out of a post up because it often yields better ball movement and higher percentage shots.

I told him I don't know what the hell any of that stuff is and to get off my lawn.

Motown agrees and thinks Ben Wallace's lack of assists are to blame for our road trip loses.
