I can honestly say that I've never run into that. Generally the table limits that I see at $10 tables is $1K, and even if it got that high, you can always have the dealer call over the pit boss and request an over limit wager, which is something that I've only seen a few times, but I've never seen them say no.

    Up in Tahoe, table were generally like 2-200, so 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, 64 and 128.

I also did that with Roulette....can't remember the minimun but the max back then was 2k. It was the same 6 bets.

At home, you think there is no way I lost 6 in a row. I've done it, I've seen others do it.

but it is a fun lil system.

    Outliers are the norm.

Sit at home and flip a coin 1000 times (I know, sounds fun). See how many times you get 10-15 of the same side in a row.

I've won a few pitchers of beer by telling someone they can't get 1 call correct in 10 in a coin flip.

They might get the 1st one correct but you have to make 10 calls and you WiLL end up with more than 1 correct.

    Beer me.

I do the opposite. Use $15-25 as a base bet and then raise it up to $35-45 when I win, and then $65-75 if I win again, and so on. As the total bet gets bigger, I raise it by a bigger increment. and if I win a double or a split or a blackjack, I raise it by 2 increments.

In theory, it shouldn't work, but imperfect shuffling always leads to a hot shoe or two. Win 7-8 hands (or 12) in a row and you really start pulling in the cash. On the flip side, when you lose 7-8 hands in a row, which always seems to happen, you're only losing your base bet.

I've done the whole card counting thing, and I don't think it's worth the trouble unless you're getting into big big numbers. I'm not saying my way's any better as it's not but it's a lot more fun and can give you a bigger hit without as much of a pain in the ass.

Paca wagering is way less stressful.
