    I thought Jesus/Lord/Peyton and Archie/God. Guess I botched it.

I guess "lord" is really just an honorific, so it can be applied to either.

    Who is Cooper? Judas? Paul?

One of Jesus's brothers. They're not very important or memorable, so I think that's fitting.

This is a pretty good piece on Stafford.

I'm not sure how I feel about this.

I don't know that anybody could honestly say he was the better QB in the preseason and still keep a straight face.

But at the same time, we saw Culpepper last year and he didn't win any games for us.

It's hard to feel sorry for Daunte' since he'll be making $5.5 mill this year, but at the same time, I think he's getting a raw deal here. He had a much better preseason than Stafford.

Hopefully Staff makes me eat some crow.

Daunte played without taking any risks, that's why he didn't have turnovers.

Not sure how one guy can have a "much better" preseason when he throws for half as many yards and just as many TDs...

He didn't throw a pick every single game. Although, that was because he didn't take any chances. It's almost as if he was trying to prove himself as the "safe choice" while Stafford developed.

Get ready for an ugly season. Stafford is going to shine at times, and he's going to look terrible just as often.
