Cuz like the drywall bid obviosly has drywall and labor to hang it. I should say that out here almost NO builder does everything. I won't touch drywall or insulation.

I get a number for drywall, hang, tape, top, finish. Same for insulation. I want nothing to do with it. And I could pay guys to do it for what some of the prices I get.

But my wood package and trusses will be about 25k, excluding labor. I frame, but piece out the trusses.

Yeah, I meant vs materials but I thought when you said you built houses you ... you know ... built them. I assumed you were only contracting out the work that needed additional licensing. I didn't realize you were so dainty.
